I have never been a big fan of Landscape images on Polaroid 600. I find most of them to be just a record of what was in front of the Photographer with very little thought of how light and composition are what help make photographs worth looking at. This pic of a Calif Oak Tree on a Grassy Hill side was shot about a month ago in the Santa Yenez Valley here in Calif. I was loving how the sunlight was skimming across the surface of the dry grass making it glow as the sun was setting. At times I forget its not only the subject matter that makes a great Photo but also about what the LIGHT is doing.....Wednesday, December 9, 2009
